How much cheaper are Telephone Cards compared to using your home phone?
They are way more cheaper than using the traditional home phone for making international calls. For any international calls that will be charged on per minute basis, you get more cost value when you use Tinycall Cards.
Can I use any phone with my Calling Card?
Yes you can use any phone with your calling card. This could be either your landline or your mobile. You even have the liberty of making international calls from you work office or a friends place without the call being charged to them. Please note, if you use your mobile, your mobile phone provider will still charge you the cost of calling the access number.
What are access numbers?
These are the local numbers in the area that you live in. For example on the Gold Coast it will be 61 7 5..... These are the numbers you initially call before using your pin number to make the international call.
How do I use the card?
It’s very simple: all you do is dial your access number, you will be prompted to enter the PIN number or account number. You then dial your destination number. For your international calls dial 0011 + Country Code+ Area Code+ Phone number.
How do I know the balance on my Calling Card?
You will need to register with Tinycall to view your account balance online. Once registered and logged in, you will be able to view your account balance. To register click here
When I purchase a Calling Card, how do I receive the PIN number?
Once you have paid and purchased your card, your PIN number will be sent to you via email.
